Here is the completed film! Below this you can read more about this amazing collaborative film project! I am so thrilled to have connected with artists from all over the world in the name of art and love.

The H'art Project was born out of my dismay concerning world events.  So much pain and suffering. Fear and hate. So much environmental devastation. I felt helpless.

Despite the darkness I see so many humans restoring my faith in humanity. Love is alive and well. And I find myself clinging to stories of people doing good deeds.

And so The H'art Project was born. I wanted to see how art could be used to spread more love and kindness. And that we come together in this one purpose to see what happens in our own hearts.

The H'art Project is a social experiment of sorts. A pay-it-forward art project.  The goal is to compile and share various H'art stories in a short documentary and share on social media.

This is a fun opportunity for your art to be seen by others too.

Interested? Awesome! Then read on:

The nuts and bolts:

1.) Contact me if you're interested! Yay!

2.) Make a piece of art (anything created by you. A song, a painting, a poem, etcccc.).

3.) Gift it to (or perform it for) whomever you are moved to.

4.) Then, tell me about it. For those of you not close to me you can record yourself on your iPhone or computer and tell me your H'art story. (in your video clip show me your art creation., tell me who is receiving your art. And why you are moved to do so). You can get creative with this part too or keep it real simple.

5.) upload your videos and any photos to a link I will provide you with.

Then I will compile these stories into a shareable short film.
This will be an organic process. I have no expectations other than to spread kindness and love through art.

Thanks for reading.

Much Love,

Joanne

“The country is so wounded, bleeding, and hurt right now. The country needs to be healed—it’s not going to be healed from the top, politically. How are we going to heal? Art is the healing force.” ~ Robert Redford
