This happy trio of chickadees is a mixed media collage.

These chickadees are painted and then embellished with found objects and upcycled jewelry. The branches are made of cork, and the background foliage is made from ecoprints I made from alder & butterfly bush leaves & honeysuckle vines.
The entire artwork is coated in Art Resin. This resin is a high quality non-toxic product that seals & protects the delicate collage below. Resin coated artworks can be hung in higher humidity environments like bathrooms and kitchens and can be wiped down and dusted with a microfibre cloth and a gentle glass cleaner. The surface is high gloss and adds a luxurious quality to the artwork.
This collage was created on a gallery quality wooden cradle board and is ready to hang. The price includes shipping costs within North America.
